Color single-player entry checked without signing in; ads and optional paid ad-free access visible
Open original siteA small rule with an immediate result
Dialed’s Color briefly shows a color, hides it, then asks the player to reconstruct it with hue, saturation and brightness sliders. Sound asks for a remembered tone; Time asks players to reproduce a duration. The current homepage also lists Color-toon, Tempo, Shape and Pattern. This profile groups the collection rather than treating every mode as a separately researched game.
The appeal is an easily understood gap between remembering something and reproducing it. A result compares the target with the player’s attempt, making a short interaction legible without a long tutorial. Our verified actions cover Color only.
The creator’s AI and maintenance account
In a Reddit account, u/gteehan says he used Claude through Cursor for the first games and worked with his son on later development. He describes large single-file implementations and a later move toward Next.js and TypeScript. This is his account of production, not our code audit or evidence of runtime AI.
He reports 25 million combined plays and 200,000 daily players. Those are unverified historical self-reports: plays are not unique people, and neither figure is a current audience measurement. Human replies include a player who discovered the games through a friend, alongside questions about infrastructure costs. These are examples, not a representative sentiment survey.
October 28 desktop check
In signed-out desktop Chrome, we opened the homepage and Color, selected Single player and reached the first round’s three sliders. A keyboard adjustment to Hue followed by Submit produced a result showing the selected and original HSB values and a score of 3.80. Next round advanced the indicator to 2 / 5.
The score documents the automated interaction, not the game’s quality or a human memory assessment. We did not complete all five rounds, submit a leaderboard entry or check a fresh full-game restart. Sound, Time, daily challenges, multiplayer, real-phone controls and long-session stability remain untested.
Access and caveats
Color admitted this session without an account. Ads, Sign in and optional paid ad-free access were visible; no subscription was purchased. The session recorded console errors, including advertising-related requests, so it was not an error-free check. They did not prevent the recorded result and next-round transition.
A text-retrieval service returned 403 for the homepage while the actual browser loaded it. That retrieval failure should not be presented as a universal access block. This remains a limited functional observation, not a timed human recommendation or a check of the whole collection.
